McDonald's in Portugal - The Same But Different....
Even though I'm someone who normally recommends to always try the local cuisine, I can almost partially extend that to unique McDonald's items that you wouldn't see in other parts of the world. There are a few small differences between McDonald's in the USA vs McDonald's in Portugal / McDonald's in Europe. I do have to say I do think it was better in the past.... However, I will say that as someone who never really ate at McDonald's in the US, while ‘researching’ this video, it was surprising to see how different the items on the menu are from those back in the USA. As someone who is living in Portugal as an expat in Portugal, I'll admit to the occasional visits to the golden arches...Even if you're only traveling to Portugal, it could be worthwhile to drop by for at least a bite on your trip to Portugal.
